Hybrid Model: This model suits all our customers who are looking for a cost effective solution with a blend of onsite and offshore service offering. The Project Manager and Technical lead/Architect is onsite to address the client’s everyday needs while the development team is located offshore.

This model is well suited for clients who are relatively new to outsourcing. This is also a preferred model for clients who have ad hoc needs, multiple projects and sensitive data. The added advantage with this model is that you can get 24 hour support for critical applications as the offshore team takes over when the work hours end in the US.

Offshore Development Model: We offer complete end to end turnkey solutions with this model. Our team of talented professionals at our offshore facility will architect, develop, manage, deliver and support the project. Scheduled status update calls on the progress of the project between the client and the offshore team keeps the project rolling.

Outsourcing Product Development – OPD: If you are looking to develop an IT product but have a tight budget and/or limited resources, then you might want to consider OPD. One of the primary focus areas for Bridge Technologies and Solutions is to provide OPD. If you can define the scope of your product and the timeline, then you can get the job done at a relatively lower cost by Outsourcing your Product Development.

Contracting Consultants Offshore: This model allows you to contract one or more of our offshore team members. It is like having your own offshore team without the actual overhead. We simply provide you the offshore resource(s) and you are responsible for assigning tasks and managing the resource(s). Whatever your need may be – building small applications, fixing bugs, minor enhancements to existing applications, maintenance and support of existing applications – and do not want to add headcount, then this is the most cost-effective solution for you. Our offshore resources can be contracted on a fulltime or part time basis.
